Meet the visionary, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singhania. He was born in Jalpaiguri in 1970 and has always been passionate about building homes. In 1999, he ventured into the real estate market. Through his vision, he had successfully built landmark homes in Siliguri that have become symbols of happiness for its clients. He is the pillar of UniLiv and his leadership rooted the group’s growth on firm foundations, which are now bearing fruit in the form of landmark projects.

Visesh Zindal

Meet Mr. Visesh Zindal, a go-getter and a passionate man, who never fails to create a positive aura around his associates and colleagues. Being a 34-year-old young real estate enthusiast, he drives the growth of the group. The vision he has for meeting the group's goals is awe-inspiring. His Business Management Degree from Christ University, Bangalore has made him a brilliant planner and innovative ideator.

Nitin Agarwal

Taking care of UniLiv’s future plans - driven by transformational concepts, Mr. Nitin Agarwal ensures the balance of the group in all aspects. He was born in Siliguri in 1989. After getting a B.Com degree from Calcutta University, he branched out into the real estate industry and has been playing a pivotal role in transforming Siliguri's perception of luxury. Known as a true leader, he’s now ready to set new benchmarks for UniLiv on its path to becoming one of North Bengal’s largest real estate developers.
